Sony BMG has been a very vocal supporter of the RIAA anti-piracy laws. They have even filed laws suits against consumers who download music. Well the tables have turned and and it was discovered that they where running a pirated version of PointDev Windows administration tools. This discovery lead to a raid of all of Sony’s servers which found tons more pirated software. In fact it was estimated that over %47 of the software on Sony BMG’s computer could be pirated software. PointDev is now asking for $475,000 in damages.
